Substitution/Suggestion Database
The kitchen counter (and other kitchen elements can suggest substitutions for ingredients in a recipe - for health, dietary or other reasons (i.e. "Oh, no! IÕm out of baking soda!") Also, it can offer suggestions for the right sides, veggies, wine, etc.... to go with what you want to cook.

No, Not the Oyster Fork!
