Flip object about a horizontal line

RT click on object, select properties, select graphical attrs tab, check the mirrored button

If you are doing this on an OpAmp to switch the +/- inputs note that you have also switched power and ground.

Rotate object

Select object with pointer, while object is selected hit the space bar

Keeping parts electrically connected while you move them

First hold down the CTRL button, then select the part, hold down the CTRL button while you begin moving the part. If you let the CTRL button go while you are still holding down the mouse button and moving the part you can freely move the part while keeping its same connectivity

 Cutting and pasting

Draw box around the object, Edit-> copy, click on highlighted object, Edit->paste, click on the document where you want the object pasted, then deselect both objects. 

 Correctly labeling reference designations

Tools -> annotate, select all parts, click OK. Your reference designations went from r?, r? to r1, r2, etc…
