By visiting this website available through the domain name www.media.mit.edu I assent to both the terms of use and the privacy policy (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"), as both may be amended from time to time and posted on this website.

Neither MIT nor the MIT Media Lab makes any warranty or representation of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, concerning any services, information, products, activities, and/or intellectual property rights under or related to this website, including without limitation whether this website is free of any viruses or other harmful components or adverse attributes. Your use of this website is at your own risk. In no event shall the Massachusetts Institute of Technology or the MIT Media Lab or any of their respective members, officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, or contractors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the use or misuse of this website and/or the information or services contained in or related to it, regardless of the basis of ay claim or the knowledge of MIT and/or the MIT Media Lab.
6. TRADEMARK. The name and trademarks of copyright holders, Massachusetts Institute of Technology or the MIT Media Lab may not be used in advertising or publicity without prior written permission of MIT’s Technology Licensing Office.

10. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be construed, governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
