Cate Waft is an undergraduate student conducting research with the Space Enabled research group. She is a rising sophomore at MIT in Mechanical Engineering and plans to pursue an advanced degree after graduating. Cate is intrigued by the application of space technology in maintaining justice in Earth's complex systems and hopes to tackle humanitarian issues and advance scientific discovery through her research.
