M <alias> (<subject>) <rest of page>: sends <rest of page> to <alias>,
  with <subject> in the subject line (<subject> has to be in brackets).
  If <alias> is not already a valid email address, it looks it up in the 
  users .mailrc, and then in the RolodexTM file. 
  If the last character is a "+", it waits for the next line to the 
  same <alias> and sends then everything as a "multi line page". 
  If the first character after "M" is a "+", it takes the <alias>
  which was used the last time. 
  <alias> can be a list of email addresses and aliases separated by commas
  (no spaces), e.g., "M stefanm@,die@ringier.ch,jasmin Hello!"

- UNIX:
+<aa> <bb cc...> : command line, <aa> is command, <bb cc> the arguments
-<aa> <bb cc...> : command line, <bb cc> are piped in STDIN for command <aa>
  For both UNIX commandline extensions: any output on STDOUT and STERR are
  sent back to the user.

- HELP : this page. For specific help, type HELP <keyword> Any valid keyword is possible,
e.g., "WX", "WXE", "weather", "unix", "-", "traf", etc 

- REPLIES:
If the last character is a "-", neither the original message is appended, 
nor the original subject line will appear on the reply.

For Canard users: To be able to detect truncated replies, there have to 
be three identical characters at the end of the message, e.g., "Hello worldxxx". 
If the message is truncated or you forgot to repeat the characters, you will 
get a notification, and you just resend the page. The longer of both messages 
will be sent. (If both are the same length, the last one. So even if you forgot the
three additional characters, just resend the reply.) 
If there are identical characters at the end, they will be removed automatically, 
so that the message would look like "Hello world".
Note: The easiest way to add three identical characters automatically is to have 
a signature like "stefanmxxx".


General syntax: 
On the first line of the message type:
    <keyword> <argument 1> <argument 2> ...
and you will get back an email message with the requested info!

Notes:
- <keyword>, <argument 1>, <argument 2> have to be separated by a blank.
- <citycodes> are 3-character codes, the same as the airport codes.
  If you don't know them, run CITIES <statecode>!
- <statecodes> are 2-character codes, e.g. MA, or CA
- CUR <citycode> gives back 5 values, and they mean:
  Temp(F)    Humidity(%)    Wind(mph)    Pressure(in)    Weather
- command line and CAL: the following chars are not allowed: $!`'"
- if WX, WXS, WXE, CUR, and SUN come without argument, BOS is added
- valid <date> is, e.g., june 30, 30 JUN, 6 30. for CAL ADD, TMW (tomorrow)
  and weekdays like FRI are also valid <date>
