SUMMARY:
In this talk, Goirizelaia will describe a new electronic secure voting system, based on automatic ballot-reading, which can be utilized to offer efficient help to officials and party representatives during elections. The paper also describes a new voting system architecture and how the OCR system, used to automatically read ballots, is implemented in it. Finally, validation tests are shown and some concluding remarks are presented. This new voting system has been designed to be used in this country, although it can be generalized to be used in other countries.
