We have implemented dynamic rules which prioritize incoming email
based on cross-references to the recipient's calendar, address
book, and recent correspondence. We are working on providing
explanations for why messages are selected for prioritization, so
users of these rules can learn to trust the filtering agent.
The rules need to be presented over the same channel (e.g.
text-to-speech over the phone or text via pager) in which the
message is delivered.
