Health and environment:
Telemedicine facilities constitute an effective and cost efficient system to provide high-level health services to isolated communities. We envision the health resources being an image-and-text database that can be customized and built on by the local health worker, and permits health workers within a region to share experiences and data. These databases will over time include sophisticated image/sensor analysis capabilities to help in faster, more accurate identification of problems. Other public health facilities such as laboratory analysis for environmental, agricultural, and public health analysis would be perfectly housed within the container, because of the expensive, relatively delicate, and expert-user nature of such equipment.

The medical, environmental, and agricultural databases will be separate.
