The Process of Making Lasting Memories: Mostafa (Neo) Mohsenvand and Hannah Campbell at TEDxYouth@CEHS

Neo Mohsenvand records his life on video alongside his brainwaves and biosignals in order to build a personalized artificial memory system. His partner in crime, Hannah Campbell, is a singer/songwriter, but has also been documenting her life since the age of 12. Together they are looking to understand memory and collect valuable data for research. Mostafa (Neo) Mohsenvand is a PhD student at MIT, working on combining Artificial Intelligence and human intelligence. He is also building prosthetic memory systems and applications for people suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia. His work has been covered in MIT Technology Review, Quartz Magazine, Fast Company and Vice. His background is in Mathematics, Neuroscience and Engineering.
