Space Enabled Affiliate Dr. Elena Cirkovic has worked as an Associate Expert for the recently published McGill Manual on International Law Applicable to Military Uses of Outer Space, edited by Ram S. Jakhu and Steven Freeland. Her work on international humanitarian law continues to support ongoing strengthening of the international regime for the safe, secure, peaceful, and sustainable use of outer space.
