Submit an event reservation request through the form available here.
To gain access to the E14/ E15 Event Space Calendar, you need to email email@example.com. Only MIT students, staff, and faculty are able to submit reservations and act as an event host.
Keep in mind that another reservation might be in the queue ahead of yours for the same date/time/room. All requests will be processed in the order that they are received.
Note: Reservations are accepted on a 9 month rolling basis. If the reservation date is beyond the 9 month window, the reservation will be denied.
