General Information

Event rooms in Buildings E14 and E15 can support conferences, performances, meetings, receptions, and other campus events. Some amenities, like a catering kitchen and furniture rentals, are available on a first-scheduled, first-served basis.  Different A/V set ups are available in each space, some of which require third party audiovisual specialists to operate.

The room fee runs $150.00 per hour per room for the full reservation time. this does not include any event services or special rental needs.
