Emily Han is a junior studying biological engineering at MIT, and second-year UROP for the Digital Learning + Collaboration Studio. Emily’s work and research focuses on the design, development, and implementation of creative learning activities for informal spaces, and in particular public libraries. In the Studio, her work has spanned diverse topics including urban ecology, cube satellites, soft robotics, and the future of dining in outer space. In her spare time, Emily can be found practicing kpop dance, embroidering, enjoying a boba tea, and watching anime and Netflix.
