Tangible Media group head Hiroshi Ishii has received a Japan ACM SIGCHI Chapter Lifetime Community Contribution Award, and gave his award lecture "Evolving Visions" at the International Symposium on Human-Computer Interaction virtually on February 11, 2022.

The Lifetime Community Contribution Award is presented to individuals for outstanding contributions to the development of the human-computer interaction field. 

This award follows his acceptance of an ACM SIGCHI Lifetime Research Award in 2019.
