MIT Ombuds Office
MIT has two Ombudspeople on staff to help with conflict, complaints and disputes. They are neutral, informal and confidential. This office will talk to any staff, student, faculty MIT community member and will not require even the use of names if someone is uncomfortable with going on the record.

The CARE Team (Coordination, Assistance, Response, and Education) is a team of staff who support all students (graduate and undergrad) in navigating the various student wellbeing resources available at MIT.

Student volunteer program run through the Conflict Management office. REFS provide low barrier, informal, confidential services to their peers in conflict management.
