Rana El Kaliouby, former Labber in the Affective Computing research group and current Deputy CEO of Smart Eye AB, is named to the 2023 USA Eisenhower Fellows. With this fellowship, she plans to explore the AI investment landscapes in India and Belgium.
El Kaliouby is a co-founder of Affectiva, which was acquired by Swedish company Smart Eye in 2021.
The Eisenhower Fellowships aim to inspire leaders to enact positive change and collaborate with other leaders to better the world around them.
