The MIT Media Lab, a hallowed digital playground and research center into media technologies, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. We'll talk with Nicholas Negroponte, co-founder and director of the Media Lab, about its history and future, and check in with some of the researchers currently working on projects at the lab—from efforts to improve social interactions on the telephone, to a portable eye test for remote areas.
