Meeting the challenges of our aging society offers numerous opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship, including opportunities relevant to disease prevention, diagnosis, and therapy as well as patient monitoring, mobility, and wellbeing. The content of this one-day event will include insights into such challenges delivered by MIT Media Lab researchers, MIT-connected startups, and startups operating in iPark. This is a joint event that the MIT Media Lab is coordinating with MIT Corporate Relations, and this will be our very first joint event in Japan. 

高齢化社会に対する課題 ー 我々にとっての大きな課題は、病気の予防、診断、そして治療、そして患者の監視、移動、そして幸福に関連する機会まで多岐に渡り、本イベントにおいては、これらの課題をカバーするだけでなく、Innovation と Entrepreneurship、またメンバー企業との繋がりの機会を提供します。この度の 2019 MIT Startup Showcase at iPark は、 MIT Media Lab が MIT Corporate Relationsが共同で開催する、日本で行う記念すべき初めての MIT Startup Event になります。このイベントを通して MIT Media Labの研究者、MIT関連のスタートアップ、および iParkに属するスタートアップ企業が集結し、参加者同士の繋がりを促進するだけでなく、新たなエコシステムの構築を試みます。
