Join us for a special documentary screening of An Insignificant Man. This film chronicles the story of the young, idealist, activist-turned-politician Arvind Kejriwal and his new insurgent Common Man’s Party as they shake up Indian politics and graft against the country’s oldest and most powerful political establishments. What began as a movement against corruption, led to the formation of a political party and eventually a sweeping majority in elections in Delhi - this story, and its aftermath, holds important lessons for people around the world striving for better politics.

The film has debuted at over 50 film festivals around the world, and uses behind-the-scenes footage to offer unique insight into the fledgling political party’s battle between survival and extinction in the world's largest democracy. It follows activists, politicians, and academics on their best days and their worst, as they navigate the absurdities, trials, and chaos of Indian politics, revealing their agendas, intentions and ambitions.
