Andrew worked as a UROP and M.Eng student for Mitch Resnick on StarLogo and educational psychology. After graduation, he continued his education at UC Berkeley, where he earned a PhD in Computer Science in 2005. His PhD studies focused on a voice-based programming environment.
Since 2006, Andrew has been working at Microsoft Research, Redmond. He studies software developers at Microsoft to see how they communicate, collaborate, and cooperate in teams to build software products.
