Scott Ren is a Visiting Student at the Fluid Interfaces group, MIT Media Lab. His research interests lie in developing technologies that augment human intelligence, focusing on Machine/Deep Learning, Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs), Multimodal Generative AI, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), IoT, and wearable devices.
Scott was a rising junior at the University of California, Berkeley when he took a leave, and he remains on leave.
