Dr. Marta Airagi and Dr. Benoit Desbiolles have received prestigious Swiss National Science Foundation Early Postdoc Mobility Fellowships to conduct research in Nano-Cybernetic Biotrek (NCB) research lab. These fellowships are awarded to early career postdocs who have promising track record in research and have potential to be independent scientific leaders. The evaluation criteria is based on the impact and originality of the proposed work.

At NCB, Marta is developing a selective and wireless neuronal stimulation device with sub-cellular resolution while Benoit is building a technology for minimally invasive electrophysiology and stimulation of the brain. These technologies can help in better understanding of the brain and provide precisely-targeted therapeutics.
