Day-to-Day Monitoring for e-Health

Providing people with information about their own physical state has been used for a long time under the general term "bio-feedback." In this project, we are trying to expand the general ideas of bio-feedback to include the monitoring of day-to-day health information such as diets, exercise, and stress. We are particularly interested in compliance, and in health improvements as a function of both the hardware used (personal computers vs. PDAs) and the type of information and feedback that is given back to the users.
