Appropriate and adaptive treatment plans are challenging in Parkinson’s disease for several reasons.  parkinsAI models drug response and disease progression via telemedicine allowing real-time symptom tracking through wearables, to facilitate dynamic and adaptive treatment plans with dose adjustments and potential insights about Parkinson’s disease. Our system models the patient’s tremor severity given his/her medication status (of dopaminergic drugs like levodopa used in PD treatment) and the IMU data of wearable smartwatch. This can be used to practice dynamic and adaptive patient care remotely using common wearables.
