Perspective Aware AI can improve the way we interact in office spaces, even if remotely.
We collaborated with MITRE on a project using simulated generative agents on email and messaging platforms. We analyzed extensive communications to identify subtle human dynamics. This allowed us to determine who would be a better mentor or a more cooperative team member for a given project. The goal was to assemble teams that could effectively achieve project objectives.
Furthermore, we utilized an evasion model to anticipate potential issues. Interestingly, we discovered that placing two high-performing individuals on the same team could sometimes lead to breakdowns. This finding was particularly insightful for us.
