Alternative AI for Alternative Data

In his keynote address, Pentland draws on his life’s work as a scientist using computers to understand human behavior. In addition to directing MIT’s Human Dynamics Lab and its Media Lab Entrepreneurship Program, Pentland is the co-founder of Thasos Group, a location data startup with germane applications for quantitative finance.
