The MIT Media Lab will host an informal presentation of final projects from Professor Tod Machover’s Spring Term course, DEEPER LISTENING, offered by the Opera of the Future group, on Wednesday, May 7, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM.

Titled EXPERIENCES IN DEEPER LISTENING: BYOE (*Bring Your Own Ears), the event explores innovative and personal approaches to sound, attention, and perception developed by students over the semester.

The evening will open with performances in the E14 3rd Floor Atrium, continue with a series of interactive installations in the Opera of the Future lab (E14-333), and conclude with a special immersive experience in the E14 Lobby.

This unique, multi-space event highlights original work at the intersection of music, technology, and sensory exploration.
