Minoo Rathnasabapathy will speak at the United States Space Command Legal Conference, being held in-person at the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and hosted by the United States Air Force Academy’s Law, Technology, and Warfare Research Cell and United States Space Command. The theme of this year’s conference is “responsible behavior in outer space,” and the conference panels and keynotes will be framed around the US Department of Defense’s recently-released “Tenets of Responsible Behavior” to discuss this critical topic.
