- AHA: Advancing Humans with AI
Jennifer is a Program Manager at the Advancing Humans with AI (AHA) program at the MIT Media Lab. She supports program development, fundraising, and strategic partnerships to advance the program's mission of ensuring AI serves human flourishing.
Jennifer holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, where she focused on public interest technology, and her thesis on the potential and risks of AI in leadership development earned distinction. Before joining MIT, she served as a Teaching Fellow (Harvard College) and Adaptive Leadership coach (Harvard Kennedy School), and led program development at PANDA, Germany's largest women's leadership network. She also holds a BSc in Governance, Economics & Development from Leiden University, Netherlands, and studied Sociology and Business during an academic exchange year at UC Berkeley.
