Sanjay is a Master's student and Research Assistant at the Collective Learning group in the Media Lab. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT Madras) with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics and an undergraduate thesis in Natural Language Processing.
His curiosity led to him exploring a number of industries, including finance, industrial iOT, energy and computer science. It also saw him work in very different settings - a large investment bank, a fledgeling startup and building his own web development practice.
His work at the Collective Learning group combines his love of computer science and the Internet, with his desire to understand insights trapped in data using the lens of network science.
