October 28, 2022

The Fall Meeting will be held on-site at the MIT Media Lab, with a number of sessions livestreamed, from Tuesday, October 25 through Friday, October 28, 2022.

The meeting will feature research updates from all Media Lab research groups, focusing on current and future research, lab explorations, and special afternoon sessions that dive into topics like artificial intelligence and Web3. There will also be networking opportunities, receptions, the City Science Summit, and more.

Explore the preliminary agenda below, and be sure to register on our event platform

Virtual attendance: All employees of member companies are welcome to access the meeting virtually.
In-person attendance: We have limited in-person capacity and each member company is allocated a number of passes. If you are interested in attending, please contact your company’s Media Lab liaison.

Hotel Accommodations: For your convenience, we have reserved discounted rates at two hotels, both of which are located within walking distance of the Media Lab and the dynamic, innovation-focused neighborhood of Kendall Square

Note that these must be booked no later than Monday, October 3 in order to guarantee your reservation. Accommodations in the Boston area can be expensive, and difficult to find, especially during periods of high tourist travel such as the Head of the Charles Regatta, which takes place the weekend before the Fall Meeting and draws some 400,000 spectators each year. We therefore highly recommend reserving your rooms early.
