I'm a PhD student working on behavioral machine learning. My research focuses on understanding how AI agents behave and where they diverge from humans. By identifying these gaps, we can design systems that better align with human values and meaningfully improve our lives. I take a broad, multimodal approach to this behavioral science of AI agents—from internal representations and world models to decision-making processes and more. I often work with generative models, agents, RL, interpretability, etc. I also work extensively on audio machine learning, which offers a rich application testbed for many related problems.

I have a master's degree in Data Science from EPFL and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. I've been awarded fellowships by Fulbright, "la Caixa", and the Rafael del Pino Foundation; and have nearly six years of industry experience both as a full-stack software engineer and as an AI engineer at Logitech.  My work has been supported by Amazon and SK Telecom (MIT Generative AI Impact Consortium).
