Two of the City Science group's mobility projects will be featured at the FAB26 Boston Expo, on display at the MIT Media Lab exhibit in the E14 Lobby:
- The MIT Autonomous Bicycle. A lightweight research platform to develop autonomous technology that transforms from a rider-operated bicycle when the back tires come together, to an autonomous tricycle, when the back tires open via the employment of two linear actuators.
- The Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV). A low-cost, shared-used, lightweight vehicle designed for dense urban environments, enabling autonomous on-demand package delivery and passenger commutes.
