Event Space Details

The Lower Atrium and Bartos theater are reserved together for one event space room cost.

The Winter Garden and Silverman Skyline are reserved together for one event space room cost.

All event rooms are self-service. Amenities such as a catering kitchen and furniture rentals are available on a first-scheduled, first-served basis. Each event space offers different A/V setups. For some setups, third-party audiovisual specialist may be required.

E14-633: Dreyfoos Lecture Hall

Room Capacity: Our venue offers fixed seating for 96 individuals with a maximum occupancy of 106 persons.

It is important to note that food and drink are not permitted in the Lecture Hall.

E14-638: Winter Garden

E14-638 Winter Garden Room is an open reception space. The Winter Garden is reserved as a combined space with the Silverman Skyline.

Room Capacity: The Winter Garden space can comfortably accommodate up to 175 individuals in a standing reception setting. Banquet-style seating can accommodate up to 90 guests.

Available Equipment: Seamless connectivity is available with electrical and data outlets integrated into floor boxes. For a fully immersive audio experience reserve the adjacent space E14-648 Silverman Skyline room for use of speakers.

E14-648: Silverman Skyline Room

The Silverman Skyline offers an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the Charles River and a terrace for guest to connect and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The space can be reserved either in conjunction with the adjacent Winter Garden or as a standalone room, thanks to its versatile divider wall system. The Silverman Skyline is reserved as a combined space with the Winter Garden.

Room Capacity: The Silverman Skyline can hold 145 individuals in a standing reception. Banquet-style seating holds up to 130 guests. Additionally, the terrace can accommodate 32 people maximum. For more information see terrace access.

The wall-mounted array screen is composed of 46" tiles and provides a 138" diagonal display capable of accommodating laptop or fiber optic (SDI) input. The array screen supports a maximum resolution of 1920x1200 and accepts VGA, DVI, and (unencrypted) HDMI sources. The speaker system can be seamlessly connected to the Winter Garden via a column speaker.

E14-674: Multi Purpose Room

Room Capacity: This space holds 300 individuals in a standing reception. For lecture-style events, the seating configuration accommodates around 250 attendees. Banquet seating has a capacity to accommodate around 200 guests.
